Bad to worse?

Another rough day. We've been up since 6 after virtually no sleep last night, and now only just found a camp site at 1.30am. Just for fun, all the pitches are shingle on top of solid concrete i.e. Impossible to pitch a tent on, as they're designed solely for caravans. We've had to change the schedule again for tomorrow as it's so late and we're all too fatigued after 3 days of this to get on the early ferry tomorrow, which sails at 6am. More tomorrow (hopefully more upbeat!) when we can think straight.

  5. As I said, If I was you, I would look for a campsite on your way down to Casablanca, then you at leastknowyou are booked in somewhere. Chris Jn Hill says lots of his motorhome friends spend time in Morocco. I had a quick look n the web and the sites look AOK, but I note last nights issue re the shingle! Is there no grass ext to the pitch?

  8. Be good in Morocco - And keep your heads on!!

Criminals may wish to take note that King Muley Hassan sometimes played chess on a giant board with prisoners as pieces, but rather than removing them from the board when they were taken he had them beheaded - quite a new take on the original rules from India.

  14. Just spoke with Chris, they have landed in Morocco - going through the Border Controls was slow going and so was all the other paperwork - green card etc. They are still trying to aim for returning to Spain tonight so not sure how far to ride into Morocco.
