Ride of the Bumble Bee

We are four individuals attempting the challenge of riding motorbikes over 2600 miles from the UK to Casablanca and back. We're doing this to raise funds for The Honeypot Charity which provides care for underprivileged children in the UK. We depart for France on July 2 so the bike ride itself starts on 3rd: we aim to get to Morocco and back to northern Spain in under 6 days. To make the challenge tougher we'll be sleeping under the stars, and carrying all of our kit with us on the bikes.

It's raining!

...and humid as hell. But we're only 86 miles from the beach! Next blog will be from camp bumble bee. With beer in hand.

Fatigued? Us? Never!

Right. Balls to the wall. We're going to try get 100 miles the other side of toulouse tonight, which will mean we're under 100 miles from the spanish border. 200 more miles and buns of solid steel here we come!

Hmm

We're 110 miles on from the last blog and have just realised how far we still have to go this afternoon. I already can't feel my arse any more! Paul's missing his swivel chair.

Traditional local cuisine

First stop of the day after the boat trip. We've made a good start and are aiming to reach a town called Montauban, just north of Toulouse by nightfall. About 500 miles to go! Apart from some flatulence concerns, team all well and in good spirits.
